Save on Heating and Electric Costs: CAPSC to host Enrollment Sessions at Rochester Public Library

Community Action Partnership of Strafford County (CAPSC) is offering Fuel and Electric Assistance to help households reduce heating and electricity costs. Eligible families can save up to 86% on electricity bills and receive discounted heating fuel rates during the winter months.

Upcoming enrollment sessions include:

  • Friday, September 5, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rochester Public Library.
  • Friday, September 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Rochester Public Library.

Applicants should bring documentation of income, proof of state or city assistance, and any child support paid or received. Other required documents include a no or low-income form (if applicable), proof of self-employment, proof of residency, and social security cards with dates of birth. Additionally, applicants will need their fuel vendor or account number, as well as a recent electric bill.
