Second annual “Best of the Lilac City” winners announced

The Rochester Post is pleased to announce the winners of the second annual Best of the Lilac City contest, recognizing popular businesses, nonprofits, services, and cultural events in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Categories include Best Restaurant, Best Retail Shop, Best Automotive Repair, etc. There are also categories for Best Hamburger, Best Ice Cream, Best Happy Hour, and more.

The winners were announced on March 18 on the Choose Rochester podcast. Mayor Paul Callaghan described the contest as a fun way for residents to make their voices heard.

“We have a ton of great businesses here in Rochester,” said Callaghan. “It’s good to see the public come together to recognize the people working so hard to make Rochester a great place to be.”
