Temporary office set up to assist travelers adjusting to the All Electronic Tolls in Rochester and Dover.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will open a temporary E-ZPass Walk-In Center (WIC) on the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16), at Exit 16 in Rochester on Monday, September 12, 2022.

This temporary center is being established to help travelers set up NH E-ZPass accounts in preparation for the new All Electronic Toll (AET) collection system, 24-hour cashless toll collection, tentatively scheduled to begin operation in late October 2022.

This temporary center will be located just off of Exit 16 and will open on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 10 am. The office will be open Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm.  NH E-ZPass Customer Service Representatives will help travelers sign up for NH E-ZPass accounts, accept payments if money is owed, and answer questions about using the NH E-ZPass system.

Details about the AET project being constructed are contained on this NHDOT website.
