Temporary Service Disruptions Expected During Sewer Rehabilitation

Published on

The City of Rochester has contracted National Water Main Cleaning Company (NWMCC) to perform sewer rehabilitation at various locations throughout the City.

As work progresses, residents and businesses directly affected will receive advisory notices in advance. These notices will include important information about the rehabilitation process, temporary service disruptions, parking restrictions (if applicable), and when sewer service will be reinstated.

During this work, residents may experience a temporary loss of sewer service, typically lasting several hours. Advisory notices will also provide clear instructions on how to prepare, as well as contact information for NWMCC staff who can assist with any questions or concerns.

The City appreciates your cooperation and patience as this project is completed to improve the reliability and performance of the sewer system.

For questions, please refer to the contact information included in the advisory notices provided by NWMCC.
