Temporary Water Service Interruption Scheduled for Union Street/Factory Court Area

The Department of Public Works will be temporarily shutting off water service in the area of Factory Court and the Union Street Parking Lot on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM to allow for important infrastructure upgrades.

Properties affected include 69–71 North Main Street and 59–63 North Main Street. During this time, residents and businesses may experience low or no water pressure.

After service is restored, some customers may notice air or temporary discoloration in the water. This is due to naturally occurring minerals being stirred up in the lines. If this occurs, please run a cold water tap for a short period to help clear the water.

For questions or concerns, contact the DPW at (603) 332-4096.
