A citywide parking ban is in effect as of:
10 PM on THURSDAY, December 17, 2020 through
8AM on FRIDAY, December 18, 2020

NO VEHICLE WITHOUT AN EXEMPTION PERMIT MAY BE PARKED ON CITY STREETS OR IN CITY PARKING LOTS DURING THIS TIME PERIOD
