First United Methodist Church and Rochester Main Street to host 8th Annual Photography Show

The 8th Annual Amateur Rochester Community Photography Show is set to take place at the First United Methodist Church in Rochester. Community members are encouraged to participate, and there is still time to capture and submit outstanding photographs.

Photo intake will occur at the First United Methodist Church, located at 34 South Main Street, Rochester, on Friday, April 25th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Reception and Awards Night will be held on Wednesday, May 14th at 7:00 p.m. at the church.

Photography categories include Scenic, People, Animals, Juvenile (age 12 and under), Youth (ages 13–19), and Miscellaneous. Entries will be judged by professional photographers Don Chick, Jared Plante, and Jean Wozniak. All submitted photographs will be displayed at the church following the judging.
