The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce was pleased to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony with Holidays on the Hill in celebration of the nonprofit’s major milestone and growth as a community nonprofit.
After years of operating from their home and garage, the organization is thrilled to announce their new office space at 73 Pickering Road, Suite M, in Gonic, NH. Their new location at the historic Gonic Mills provides a dedicated space to support their expanding work and the growing needs of local families. The ceremony took place on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
Holidays on the Hill is an independent, local 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting Rochester area families throughout the year. Their work includes providing holiday assistance, hosting community events, distributing toys, food, and essential items, and partnering with local businesses to ensure that families experiencing hardship receive the help they need. From signature events such as Breakfast with the Grinch to seasonal drives, fundraisers, and other year-round programs, Holidays on the Hill works continuously to bring joy, resources and hope to our neighbors.
Moving into a dedicated office space marks an important next step for Holidays on the Hill. It will serve as a central hub for donations, volunteer coordination, administrative work, and community outreach. Most of all, it reflects the incredible generosity of their supporters and the growing impact of their programs across the community.
Holidays on the Hill extends their gratitude to the community, donors, volunteers and local partners for their ongoing trust and support. This new chapter will allow the organization to strengthen its programs and help even more families during the moments that matter most.
