Notice is hereby given that the Rochester City Council will conduct PUBLIC HEARINGS on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH, relative to the following matters:

  • AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 94 OF THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER RELATIVE TO NEW ARTICLE III SYRINCE SERVICE PROGRAM AND NEEDLE DISPOSAL, and whether to incorporate Article III into Chapter 94 of the City Ordinances
  • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISCONTINUANCE OF SAWYER AVENUE PURSUANT TO RSA 231:43, and whether to discontinue Sawyer Avenue pursuant to the City Council’s authority under RSA 231:43
  • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR THE RIVERWALK OVERLOOK FUND UTILIZING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) JOB LOAN FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $200,000.00, and whether to authorize supplemental appropriation of $200,000 from the Community Development Job Loan Fund for the River Walk Overlook Project (tentatively moved to June 2)
  • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROCHESTER AND AUTHORIZING BORROWING IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, and whether to authorize and appropriate the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Capital Budget for the City of Rochester and authorize borrowing in connection therewith pursuant to RSA 33:9 and Section 45 of the Rochester City Charter
  • RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT AND AUTHORIZING BORROWING IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, and whether to authorize and appropriate the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Capital Budget for the City of Rochester School District and authorize borrowing in connection therewith pursuant to RSA 33:9 and Section 45 of the Rochester City Charter
  • RESOLUTION APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROCHESTER, and whether to approve and appropriate the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget for the City of Rochester
  • RESOLUTION APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF ROCHESTER SCHOOL DISTRICT, and whether to approve and appropriate the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Operating Budget for the City of Rochester School District
