UPDATE: Police locate Tiffany Vigneau safe and unharmed

UPDATE: After receiving a call from an individual who thought they saw someone that matched the description of Tiffany Vigneau, Police responded to the Signal Street area and located Vigneau safe and unharmed.

Rochester Police are currently searching for 42-year-old Tiffany Vigneau who is reported missing and endangered.

Vigneau was last seen in the area of Charles Street earlier this week. It’s reported that she was wearing a multi-colored, short-sleeved blouse and jeans. She is described as “tall, with curly brown hair nearly to her shoulders, and extremely friendly.”
