In accordance with federal regulations governing the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, the public may view and comment on the draft Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for FY 2025/PY 2024 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) during a 15-day public comment period beginning September 13, 2025. The CAPER provides a summary of activities and accomplishments of Rochester’s CDBG program for the past fiscal year.

Citizens interested in reviewing the report may do so by visiting the Office of Economic Development at 33 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH 03867, or by accessing the Community Development Division’s webpage at https://www.rochesternh.gov/community-development-division/pages/annual-reports.

Comments or requests for a copy of the report may be directed to Community Development Coordinator Kiersten Wright by email at kiersten.wright@rochesternh.gov, by phone at 603-335-7519, or by mail to the Office of Economic Development, 31 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH 03867. All written and emailed comments received by 5:00 p.m. on September 29, 2025, will be forwarded to HUD along with the CAPER for their review on September 30, 2025.
