Rochester Man Arrested After Vehicle Noise Complaint on Wakefield Street

On November 4, 2025, Rochester Police arrested Ethan Saint-Val, 22, of Rochester, for Disorderly Conduct, a violation-level offense, following a traffic stop on Wakefield Street.

The stop was initiated due to modified emissions on his vehicle that were making sounds consistent with gunfire. Saint-Val was issued a hand summons and given a court date of December 16, 2025, at the 7th Circuit Rochester Court.

Police continue to investigate tips related to this ongoing issue and will maintain traffic enforcement efforts regarding vehicles with these types of modifications.
