The Rochester Public Library is now accepting donations of new and gently used Halloween costumes for children, teens, and adults. The upcoming costume swap will take place from Thursday, October 1, to Saturday, October 31, 2026. You can drop off your donations at the Main Desk during regular hours of operation.
