Rochester Recreation & Arena Announces Free Concert Series on the Common

The Rochester Recreation Department is thrilled to announce the return of “Concert on the Common,” a free outdoor concert series featuring a variety of musical acts from all over the region.

The concerts are planned for Wednesday evenings (from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm in July and from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm in August), starting July 17 and concluding August 28. For weather-related events, concerts will be postponed to the following day, subject to performer availability.

“Concert on the Common is a wonderful community tradition that brings together families and music lovers of all ages,” said Nicole Lee, Marketing Program Coordinator. “We’re excited to continue this great tradition with some old favorites as well as brand-new acts. Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on and enjoy an evening of music and fun.”
