Absentee Ballots for 11/7 Municipal Election are now available in City Clerk’s Office

Absentee Ballots for the November 7, 2023, Municipal Election are now available in the Rochester City Clerk’s Office, located in Room 105 of City Hall, 31 Wakefield Street.

Any registered voter who will be out of town on Election Day, or who cannot make it to the polls because of a disability, religious observance, or due to employment obligations (for the purpose of an absentee ballot request, the term “employment” shall include the care of children and infirm adults, with or without compensation), may request an Absentee Ballot from the City Clerk’s Office.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Any person who votes or attempts to vote using an absentee ballot who is not qualified to vote by absentee ballot shall be guilty of a misdemeanor RSA 657:24
