The Rochester Public Library is celebrating Library Card Sign-Up Month throughout September with the support of local businesses.
This year’s theme, “One Card, Endless Possibilities,” highlights how a library card can open doors for everyone, whether you’re exploring a new hobby, finding your next favorite book, learning tech skills, or helping your child succeed in school.
Several downtown businesses are offering special discounts to library cardholders:
- Moe’s — 10% off entire order
- Golick’s — $1 off an ice cream
- Jetpack Comics — 25% off a children’s book or graphic novel
- Collec-tiques / Sprinkles and Smiles — Free small ice cream
- Mystiques Woo Woo Shop — $5 credit with a $20 purchase
- Rayne Refillery — 10% off purchase
- Fireside Yoga
- Offer: 10% off any drop-in class or class pack in September for library card holders
- Redemption: Show a valid library card at purchase (in-studio)
