The Chamber was pleased to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony today to celebrate LifeBalance Counseling, Coaching, and Wellness’ 10th anniversary. Founded in 2015, LifeBalance has been a beacon of hope and support, offering comprehensive mental health and wellness services to the community of Rochester, NH, and beyond.

Over the past decade, LifeBalance has grown into a trusted provider of diverse therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Integrative Nutrition for Mental Health, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
