City of Rochester Releases Official Returns for 2023 Municipal Election

The City Clerk’s Office for the City of Rochester has published the official returns for the November 7th, 2023 Municipal Election.

Overall, only 3,956 ballots were cast out of a total 17,775 eligible registered voters, or 22.3%, which is down from 24.5% in 2021.

At Large, Mayor Paul Callaghan won a second term with 74.2% of the vote. For School Board At Large, Matthew Beaulieu received 1818 votes, or 46.0%. Click here to see the full list of final results.
