Cornerstone VNA Presents “Nutrition Through the Holidays” at the Rochester Public Library

Published on

The Rochester Public Library, in collaboration with Cornerstone VNA, is pleased to announce “Nutrition Through the Holidays”, presented by Sandy Powers, RN, on Thursday, November 2nd, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

This informative one-hour session aims to provide attendees with insights into improving their diet, setting nutritional goals, and nurturing spiritual and emotional well-being, especially during the holiday season. A healthy holiday snack will be served during the presentation as an added treat.

Abby Rosselli, Adult Programming Librarian at the Rochester Public Library, emphasized the significance of this event, stating, “The holiday season can be a stressful time for a lot of us, and it can be tricky to maintain your nutrition goals.”

Rosselli continued, “Offering this program before the season kicks off will help people get ahead, stay on track, and hopefully find a balance between the sweets and veggies!”

This community program is part of the Educational Series at Cornerstone VNA, and attendees seeking additional information are encouraged to visit www.cornerstonevna.org/educational-series or contact Sandy Powers, RN, at 800-691-1133 x 1109.
