Off The Shelf Cafe is now OPEN at the Rochester Public Library

The Rochester Public Library is pleased to announce that Off The Shelf Cafe is now open for business on the 1st floor (formerly the DVD room).

Full of natural light, the cafe is a great place to eat a snack or get some studying done in a social atmosphere. The cafe area is also where you’ll find newspapers and periodicals.
