Retired City Manager Elected President of Parliamentarian Unit

Retired Rochester City Manager, Daniel Fitzpatrick, was recently elected President of the White Mountain Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians.

Founded in 1969, the White Mountain Unit is a New Hampshire affiliate of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP).  The purpose of this Unit is to study parliamentary procedure; promote the educational programs and other purposes of NAP on the local level; and encourage students to prepare for NAP membership.

Fitzpatrick is accredited by NAP as Professional Registered Parliamentarian and serves clients throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic States.
