The Rochester Public Library invites adults 18 and older to participate in its monthly Reiki Healing Circle, held in the Library Community Room.
Reiki Master Marilyn Carter cordially extends an invitation to participate in an immersive session dedicated to the gentle and non-invasive healing practice of Reiki.
Whether you are new to Reiki or unfamiliar with its principles, the circle provides a secure environment to explore this healing modality. Reiki practitioners of all proficiency levels are welcome to engage in both giving and receiving.
Each session begins with a warm welcome, followed by an overview of what to anticipate, a guided meditation to elevate your energy, and a collaborative healing experience where practitioners circulate healing energy around the group, ensuring everyone receives the benefits.
As participants engage in the collective energy of the healing circle, the transformative powers of Reiki will permeate the space for their utmost well-being. The session concludes with moments of reflection and harmonious melodies.
The Reiki Healing Circle will meet on the following dates:
- August 17 at 5:30 p.m.
- September 19 at 2 p.m.
- October 17 at 2 p.m.
- November 21 at 2 p.m.
- December 14 at 5:30 p.m.
Sign-up is not required.
“The Reiki Healing Circle has been a largely successful library program for the last couple of years,” said Abby Rossell, Programming Librarian. “We appreciate Marilyn and other reiki practitioners that donate their time to offer healing for those in need!”
