Planning Board – 11/01/21
Agenda items included: Public Input, Continued Applications – 24 lot subdivision, New Applications – site plan lot line revisions, constructions 6 story residential with commercial, 54 unit apartment building, 3 lot subdivision, Planning Update and Other. Please see agenda for details.

City Council – 11/03/21
Agenda items included: Communications from the City Manager and Mayor, Municipal Election Vote Returns, Reports of Committees and action items, Discussion: Willand Center Shelter Proposal, Review of Chapter 275-29 re. signage, and more. Please see the agenda for further details.

  1. The November Rochester Police Commission was held at the Rochester Police Station. See minutes here.
  2. The Codes and Ordinances Committee was not held in November 2021
  3. The Finance Committee scheduled for 11/05/21 was canceled.

Zoning Board of Adjustment – 11/10/21

City Council 11/16/21
Agenda items included Public Hearing on three items; 2. CDBG-CV Funding – Easter Seals Senior Affordable Housing Project, 3. Amendment to Chapter 275 of the General Ordinances regarding Impact Fees, 4. Presentation: Renumbering of Tebbetts Road. Special Meeting included 2. (CDBG-CV) Easter Seals Senior Affordable Housing Project, 3. Presentation: and Resolution Granting Community Revitalization Tax Relief GP Properties, 45-55 North Main Street, and 4. Resolution Approving Amendment to the Tri-City Agreement for Warming Center. The workshop included Public Input, Communications from the City Manager and Mayor, Tebbets Road discussion and Department Reports.
