Rochester School District has released important information for the 2026–27 school year:
- Elementary schools (K–5): First day is Tuesday, September 1.
- Rochester Middle School: Grade 8 starts September 1; Grade 7 September 2; Grade 6 September 3.
- Spaulding High School: Grade 9 starts September 1; Grades 10–12 start September 2.
- No school: Friday, September 4; Monday, September 7 (Labor Day); and Tuesday, September 8 (Teacher Workshop Day).
- School hours: Elementary schools, 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m.; RMS and SHS, 7:30 a.m.–2:15 p.m.
- Meal prices: Elementary lunch $3.10; elementary breakfast is free; RMS/SHS lunch $3.60.
- Free and reduced-price meal applications are available through the District’s Food Service section.
- Bus routes and schedules are available on the School District website.
