Rochester’s National Night Out will be held on August 4 from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Spaulding High School “triangle,” also known as Torr’s Park, and will feature an after-hours movie hosted by Guyer Travel Intl from 8:30 to 10:00 p.m.
Rochester’s National Night Out is part of a nationwide celebration held throughout the United States to strengthen police-community relationships and promote crime prevention. The event will feature more than 40 local organizations and businesses, local food vendors, live music, safety vehicles for children to explore, and family-friendly activities, including live animals and a free after-dark movie.
Those interested in hosting a provider table or serving as a food vendor are encouraged to contact the event coordinator for registration information.
