NOTICE TO VOTERS
CITY OF ROCHESTER, NH SPECIAL ELECTION – WARD 4 ONLY

SUPERVISORS SESSION

The Supervisors of the Checklist will be in session to accept any corrections of the Checklist on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, between 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM and at the discretion of the supervisors for extended hours. RSA 654:32. Location of the Supervisors Session: Rochester City Hall 31 Wakefield Street Rochester, NH 03867.

This is the last day for the City Clerk and Supervisors to make changes to the Official Checklist prior to the Special Election (WARD 4 ONLY). For more information about registering to vote please call (603) 332-2130 or email us at CityClerk@rochesternh.gov.

Physically disabled individuals who are unable to visit City Hall to personally register to vote should contact the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, to make alternate arrangements. Any questions should be directed to the City Clerk’s Office at (603) 332-2130.

MODERATOR SESSION – WARD 4 ONLY

The Moderator of Ward 4 will be in Session on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center at 1:00 PM. The Ward 4 Election Officials shall count ballots and test the ACCUVOTE machines for the upcoming Special Election to be held on February 21, 2023.
