Community Development Committee accepting applications for CDBG program

Published on

The Community Development Committee has opened applications for the 2024 Fiscal Year general city funds and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

Applications for the CDBG program and general city funds can be found on the city’s website, Community Development Division | Rochester NH, under ‘CDBG Program Application’ and ‘General City Fund Application’, respectively.

Please provide an email notification of your intent to submit an application by October 28, 2022. The application deadline is 4:00pm on November 18, 2022. Please submit a completed and signed application to Kiersten Wright, Community Development Coordinator, at Kiersten.Wright@RochesterNH.gov.

For new and returning applicants: As of April 2022, the DUNS is no longer used for reporting and has been replaced with a UEI (Unique Entity Identification). If you previously had a DUNS you can check for your UEI on SAM.gov. If you are unable to verify your registration status on SAM.gov you will need to submit a request on the site for a UEI. There have been significant delays in obtaining this number once applied, therefore, the City will allow applications to be submitted so long as your application is amended prior to December 31, 2022, with the updated information. Any questions can be directed to the City’s Community Development Coordinator, Kiersten Wright, at kiersten.wright@rochesternh.gov.
