Rochester Elks Volunteer for Salvation Army and Host Annual Toy Drive

Published on

On Saturday, December 7, 2024, 16 members of the Rochester Elks volunteered to ring bells for the Salvation Army at the Rochester Ridge Outlets. This marks over 37 years of the Rochester Elks supporting the Salvation Army at various locations in the Lilac City.

The Rochester Elks are dedicated to community projects that benefit those less fortunate, particularly during times of need. In addition to bell-ringing, the organization is currently running a toy drive for the Salvation Army. Members are encouraged to donate new toys or gift cards at the Lodge by December 15.

With over 1,000 members, the Rochester Elks are actively involved in a wide range of community initiatives. These include veterans’ activities, youth programs, drug awareness education for elementary students, and scholarship opportunities.
