Sample Ballots available for Special Election on February 21, 2023

The Rochester City Clerk’s Office is pleased to announce that a Sample Ballot for the upcoming Special Election is available online and in City Hall.

The Special Election is for Strafford County District 8 House seat candidates Chuck Grassie and David Walker. Initially, Walker defeated Grassie by 1 vote in the NH State General Election. However, a recount on November 16th determined the vote was tied 970-970.

The Special Election is open to Ward 4 voters. Polls will be open on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at McClelland Elementary School, from 8am to 7pm.
