Dear Faculty, Staff, and Families,

I hope this message finds you all in good spirits. It is with a mix of emotions that I share an important decision regarding my tenure as the Superintendent of our school district.

After much contemplation and consideration of both personal and professional aspirations, I have decided not to seek an extension of my contract beyond June 30, 2024. The eight years spent serving this incredible community and collaborating with such amazing individuals like yourselves will forever hold a cherished place in my heart.

Serving the community where I was raised and lived in for roughly thirty years has been an absolute privilege. Together, we’ve achieved significant milestones, fostered an environment of growth, and prioritized the success and well-being of our students. Our work to deepen our vision and mission of a personalized learning environment through the implementation of evidence-based instructional practices has created a strong foundation to the RSD House. Your dedication, commitment, and unwavering support have been the backbone of our collective achievements towards these ends.

This decision was not an easy one. The relationships built and the shared experiences we’ve had make departing a bittersweet moment. I want to express my deepest gratitude to each one of you for your hard work, passion, and relentless dedication to our students. Your commitment to excellence has been the driving force behind our successes, and I have the utmost confidence in your continued dedication to our school community.

I will work closely with the board and district leadership to ensure a smooth transition and offer my full support during this period of change.

Please know that although I will be moving on to new endeavors, the impact each of you has had on me and the memories we’ve created together will always remain close to my heart.

Thank you for your understanding and support throughout this journey. If there’s anything I can do to assist during this transition, please do not hesitate to reach out.

With the deepest appreciation and warmest regards,

Kyle Repucci
