The Franklin Gallery to present “POSTED” featuring prints by Diane St. Jean

Published on

The Franklin Gallery, located within RiverStones Custom Framing, will host “POSTED,” an exhibition of letterpress posters created by local artist Diane St. Jean.

Diane St. Jean’s posters reflect social and political themes. Each poster is printed one at a time on a vintage letterpress using antique wood type that is inked by hand.

St. Jean is a resident printmaker and instructor at The Art Center in Dover and is passionate about all forms of printmaking. She lives in Barrington, New Hampshire, and is a member of the New Hampshire Art Association and The Boston Printmakers.

The exhibit will run throughout March. An opening reception will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend.

The Franklin Gallery, 33 North Main Street, is open Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information about this exhibit and other events, contact (603) 812-1488 or riverstonescustomframing@gmail.com.
