Cornerstone VNA offers FREE webinar on Fall Prevention on 9/25

In recognition of National Fall Prevention Awareness Month, Cornerstone VNA is offering a free “Lunch and Learn” webinar for community members. The webinar, titled “Stay Upright! Tips for Fall-Free Living,” will be held on Wednesday, September 25, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Attendees will learn strategies to improve balance and prevent falls, as well as simple home modifications to increase safety. The presentation will cover statistics on falls, contributing factors within the home environment, and the physical changes that occur with aging. This informative webinar will be presented by Karen Krause, PT, COS-C, AIB-VRC, Cornerstone VNA’s Rehab Manager.
