Governor Chris Sununu Directs Flags to Half-Staff on 9/11

Concord, NH – In accordance with federal law, Governor Chris Sununu has directed flags on all public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire to fly at half-staff on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in observance of the September 11 terror attacks.

“As we observe the twentieth anniversary of the solemn attacks on September 11, we remember the victims tragically lost, the first responders who selflessly rushed into the burning towers without hesitation, and the brave men and women who have fought to protect our country in the years since,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “I encourage all New Hampshire residents to pause and reflect on the actions of our nation’s first responders and veterans who heroically put their lives on the line to save others and protect our freedoms.”
