Rochester, Dover Public Libraries launch #NHReadingRivalry: A friendly reading competition between two cities

The Rochester Public Library is pleased to announce the #NHReadingRivalry, a spirited reading competition between Rochester and Dover, beginning March 1, 2024.

This collaborative initiative encourages community members to compete by logging their reading progress on rplnhreads.beanstack.org. The friendly rivalry aims to promote a love for reading while fostering a sense of community spirit between the two cities.

“Last summer, Rochester read over 450,000 minutes during our Summer Reading Programs, and our #NHReadingRivalry Challenge is a great way for everyone to prepare for this summer,” said Kaity Goodwin, Library Assistant. “Adding the competition element makes everything more fun, which is why we’re using #TeamRPLNH.”

For more information and general inquiries, contact Kaity Goodwin at kaitlyn.goodwin@rochesternh.gov or (603) 335-7549.
