Online Property Tax & Utility Payment Services are Available to Residents

Published on

Tyler Technologies, the provider of the city’s online property tax and utility billing payment services, recently reported a nationwide privacy breach. Out of an abundance of caution, the City of Rochester temporarily disabled online payment options until the matter was resolved.

“At this time and based on the evidence available to us to-date, all indications are that the impact of this incident was limited to our internal network and phone systems,” said Matt Bieri, Chief Information Officer for Tyler. “We currently have no reason to believe that any client data, client servers, or hosted systems were affected.”

Online methods for paying taxes and utility bills have since been re-enabled.

The Revenue Building is located at 19 Wakefield Street, Rochester, NH 03867. Residents are encouraged to contact (603) 332-1136 for inquiries and additional information.
