Join the Chamber as they present a dynamic series of talent acquisition programs, entitled Breakfast with Brylye. Sponsored by Profile Bank, this series of breakfast programs will feature Brylye Collins of Rose Talent Consulting, who will lead us through three important sessions.

The First Session – Recruitment 101 on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, features a presentation on how to select the best possible candidate for the position.

The Second Session – Employee Engagement on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, analyzes employee engagement at every stage of the employee life cycle and provides tips and tools for fostering employee engagement.

The Final Session – Leadership Basics on Friday, May 19, 2023, provides new and tenured leaders with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders. We will compare different leadership styles, assess the essential qualities of a great leader, and discuss the differences between a manager and a leader.

All 3 sessions will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 am, downstairs at the Granite Steak & Grill, located at 17 Farmington Road in Rochester. Breakfast is included. The cost to attend is $25 per session or $60 for the entire series. To register to attend or for more information, call 603-332-5080, or visit www.rochesternh.org/breakfastseries.
