WATCH: City Council holds open interviews to fill vacant Ward 2 position

On July 20th, during the City Council Workshop, the Council conducted open interviews to fill the recently vacated Ward 2 position. 5 residents attended and spoke directly to the Council. Click here to watch.

City Council will appoint one of the candidates on August 3rd, during the next regular meeting. Voters will have the opportunity to decide the future of the City Council during the municipal election on November 2nd. 

If you are a registered voter of Ward 2 and would like to represent your ward on the City Council, please submit a Statement of Interest to the City Clerk’s Office as soon as possible. July 28th is the deadline.
